The hotel is a true gem with its rooms offering lovely views and a great shower. However, the garden view was a bit lacking. The service was exceptional, especially with the attentive housekeeping. The location is ideal, close to public transport that takes you straight into central London. The dining, featuring hot sandwiches, was included and quite satisfying. The facilities were top-notch, providing a great stay overall.
